Front end pop, hubs or u-joint?

Been tracing this noise down for quite sometime.

While driving when the truck turns slowly over bumps (such as the parking lot to 7-11) It makes a quick pop noise as the tire goes over the bump. Now Ball joints, track bar, draglink, tierod has all be checked.

My truck left in 2wd, the driver side u-joint won't spin at all, where the passenger side u-joint turns freely with no play or noise.
