Noisy

Hey Guys,


I have a 2004 4x4 that has 170k on her. When I'm driving down the freeway and the road is a little wavy the truck lifts up and down as usual but it makes a moaning noise as the shocks compress. Also, I can't make a U turn anymore. The trucks makes a loud popping noise in the front end if I turn the wheel quickly. What gives?
