Truck will not move when off of brake when in drive
Just wondering if anybody has had this problem. Tried doing a search but dont seem to be finding it. Only thing I thought of was that 4HI was engaged but not indicating on cluster with switch in 2HI. Messed with the 4WD switch and that seeemed to be acting up not wanting to switch out of 4WD. Finally got the indication to clear as if it were back in 2WD. Eased it home and now it seems to be fine. Has anybody had this type of problem. Just bought the truck and I am curious.

are you having to give it throttle to make it move? if thats the case you could have a stuck caliper or maybe rear e brake shoes are stuck. might be adjusted to tight

When I was having the problem I was having to give it a little gas for it to start to roll. I was thinking it was my 4wd being stuck in high but I wasn't sure. Messed with it after I limped home and it all seems fine now. Wouldn't I smell the brakes getting hot if one of the calipers were sticking. Problem is gone for right now though.
