Hub Lock and Unlock
When driving down the road my left front hub locks and grinds real bad. It used to do it occasionally, but now it is a constant thing. I have to switch it into 4 hi to make it stop.
I was looking in to some aftermarket hubs to convert it to manual hubs because I rarely use the 4x4. My question is will the aftermarket hubs work with dually front ends? Anyone out there tried aftermarket hubs? Thanks -Chad |

I found out that the hubs were not the problem after all. It turned out to be the seals in the axle housing were the axle shafts come out of the housing. They were worn out and causing the axles to seize up thus cousing the hubs to lock in. I changed the seals and no problem since.
