Tie Rod Movement

I had my front rotors turned today and after I put everything back together I lowered the jack and noticed my Tie rod will move, I can grab tie rod and twist it back and forth, no side to side just twisting up and down, should there be any movement ? I tried making a video to see if it helps explain my question

Not to be rude, but DUH! It's a ball joint! Yes that movement is normal. Side to side, no, twisty, yes.

DUH!! I know its a ball joint. It just seemed loose to me, I'm not left handed and it twist way too easy. Maybe I should just shoot a little grease behind the boots and call it good.
