south bend clutch

just replaced my factory clutch with a south bend clutch new pressure plate clutch flywheel pilot bearing slave cylinder and now that its back together the pedal is spongy and does not disengage the clutch when pressed or released the clutch slips when the pedal is released and i can not shift into gear at all everything is torqued to spec and the slave is bled properly im pulling my hair out anyone had this problem

Still sounds like an air problem.
