Camber sleeve, how to remove and install

OK, I have gotten my front end apart to replace the upper and lower ball joints. I was told about a year ago when I went to get my 2004 F250 inspected that I needed upper and lower all joints and camber sleeve bushings. How do you remove the camber sleeves?

When you remove the upper ball joints, they are the sleeves that take up the space between the knuckle, and the ball joint studs.
