manual. 4x4 shifter

I was wondering if there is any way to swap the shift on the the 4x4way to manual shift... like on the floor type shifter... thanks any info will help..

You want an np271, and you have an np273. Make sure to get one from a model with the same trans as yours, as the manual transmission transfer cases have coarser splines and don't fit on automatic transmissions.
