05 f-350 tranny problem

its a 2005 6.0 with the torque shift...183k miles. driving home from a friends house today it was all sorts of wacky....pulled the codes with my SCT and i got these tranny codes
P2702 Trans Friction Element C Apply Time Range/Ref
P0761 Shift Solenoid C Performance/Stuck Off

any ideas? hopefully its a sticky solenoid, it neutrals when it goes to shift into 3rd...sometimes gets stuck in third...hopefully its a solenoid for 3rd gear? not too sure what common problems are with these trannys any info is appreciated thanks again guys!

I am FAR from a trans expert. I barely understand how an auto trans works. I do have a file that shows the complete parts break-out of this trans that I have attached.
Reading the DTC description in the manual, It could be just that your shift solenoid (SSPC-C Intermediary Clutch solenoid) failed.
TYhe symptoms are 3rd and 4th gears not present or only having 3rd and 4th gears.

thanks man i appreciate it. its done it a couple times off and on. i need to get that solonoid replaced, seems common on these torqshifts, after a bunch of research.
