Believe it is my tie-rod end

I installed a 8" lift and 37x13.50 tires about 2 months back. I Get horrible death wobble after hitting a bump at times, and now it seems like its occuring more often, i can feel the steering wheel want to start the wobble on some turns and even lighter bumps. I know i dont have steering stabilizer on there now, and it doesnt help, but it shouldnt be a bandaid either.
I had my buddy jump in the truck and turn the wheel, on the passenger side tie rod end i can see hear and feel the passenger side tie rod end pop and its got play. im a cummins man, yall know these trucks better then me, would this be a strong culprit? I will be replacing it as soon as i can get my hands on some part time.
