06 f350; ticking noise between 60 & 70 mph

My buddy has a 2006 f 360 with a leveling kit and 34" nittos. Has had it leveled with tires for over 20K miles. Yesterday on his way to work, he got on the freeway and at 60 mph it has a ticking type noise in the left front area. we checked underneath and didnt find anything loose. at about 68, the noise goes away. So its only between 60 and 70 mph. Noise is there under cruise and acceleration. any ideas?

i have the same thing... almost a rattling noise... 4.5" lift with 35" bfg a/t's... i just cant figure it out
