When the brakes and stops at a dull sound.
While accelerating from a first knock.

When you are breaking and stopping, rear axle sweet jar.
When i start driving you hear the dull voice again.
Where to find fault?

No, someone using a universal translator. He is in Finland....

Sounds like a bad differential. The bearings on the carrier are gone, making a whine noise. The noise will get louder when you let off the accelerator pedal.
Rebuild your rear differential.
