How to apply for wrong?

When you brake, so stop before a knock to get back.
Then when starts, so a jar as soon as the appeal arises from the stern.
What breaks down from that stern?

When you are breaking and stopping, rear axle sweet jar.
When i start driving you hear the dull voice again.
Where to find fault?

better but still not quite understandable
so when you slow down the rear axle makes a noise or you feel it?
and then it makes a dull noise when you get going again?
