U-Joint Replacement gone wrong; Need HELP QUICK!!

I've had a vibration in my drive line/axles for a bit now - It seems present at around 65-80mph. It definitely feels like it's in the rear drive line somewhere.

I decided to go ahead and replace the u-joints and carrier to see if they were the culprits...

Long story short - I wound up having to buy a press to get the u-joints out - THEY WERE S T U C K!!!! Trying to get the front most u-joint out (the one closest to the transfer case, I wound up cracking the Spicer piece that bolts to the transfer case.

(a) What is that piece called? It has Spicer # C3-2-811 stamped in the casting. Is it a "flange yoke"?

(b) Where can I get a replacement? Ford? Straight from Spicer? I need the thing ASAP!!!

Any help would be great.

Fairly certain you can get that yoke through NAPA, but you will likely have to order it.

Nobody will have that part on hand. It will have to be ordered. NAPA wouldn't order it for you?

Go to ford or any local driveline specialty shop. Like mentioned before, it will most likely have to be ordered.

Then whomever you talked to at NAPA was the wrong person. It is a SPICER piece with the number right on it.

Either that or you will have to go to the FORD dealer and order it.

I'll try NAPA one more time with the P/N - I did find the part on fordparts.com using my VIN, but I can't even order it 'til tomorrow.

[edit] Just tried NAPA again; no dice. What is wierd is that I've tried to search for this casting number via Google and haven't found ANYTHING even close; I've found tons of Spicer flange yokes, but not this one....
