front axle u joint issue!

hey guys so i did my passenger side ball joints and axle shaft u joint. i couldnt get on of the c clips on the u joint cause i think i tweaked the stub shaft a bit. Any one have any suggestions on what to do!? i need this fixed before tuesday!!

Take the caps off again and make sure one of the roller bearings didn't fall over.

i had to put it all back together again as i wasnt working on it at home. what would happen if i left it as is? i barely use 4x4

If the cap comes off you will be buying a new axle because the ujoint banging into it (if you dont stop) will make the holes out of round.
I think the reason you couldn't get the cap seated all the way in there is that one of the roller bearings fell over and is laying in the cap. That would be just enough to stop you from getting the clip on

ok well looks like illi will tear into it again. ill buy another u joint just in case. if i did squish the axle ears when i was pressing the old one out (seized) could i bend it back that little bit? maybe someone can help me hear i still have a clunk when turning and stopping after doing these, i tightened the crap out of the track bar and the front sway bar is completely off the truck. thanks so much!
