Driveline / Carrier Bearing / Lift Kit Help

Ever since I swapped out my 4" rear blocks for 5.5" ones, I've been getting a noticeable vibration under moderate acceleration from 8-12mph. I currently have two 1/4" shims on the carrier.

The Ford dealership told me they think my pinion angle is off, and I have the wrong lift blocks. I got the angled ones (installed facing correctly).

Got home and put a magnetic protractor to each piece of the two piece driveline and saw they were approx 2* apart. So I put another 1/4" shim in, which brought em within .5* apart. Took it for a drive, and I'm still having a vibration around 10mph. Not as bad as before, but still there. Any advice?

It's a brand new carrier bearing, and it's shimmed/dropped about 7/8" now.
