Popping noise when I hit a bump?

Recently I've noticed a popping noise coming from the front of the truck when I hit a bump. I can hear it at highway speeds, and sometimes even feel it at low speeds. Feels like it is coming from the drivers side. I can feel it on the floorboard and sometimes in the steering wheel. I have also developed a vibration in the steering wheel. Seems to be rapidly getting worse. Shocks are less than a year old, checked all the shock mounting bolts, they are all tight. Tie rod ends are new. Put the truck on a lift and had no play in the ball joints or wheel bearings.

The truck is an 06 F250 4wd. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so what fixed it?

Thanks.
