frustrated

i have a 04 f350 6.0 xlt with 133,496 miles i have had the truck now for a year great truck never had any issues other then egr cleaning. anyway i finally got a sct tuner x3 i installed it. down loaded the tune i wanted. awesome power but tranny shifts funny it will shift up and down between gears in first and second and third and fourth so i did the tranny relearn a little better. i figured it would go away. ive been driving the truck now for a week and still shifts funny, i was coming home the other day when my cel light came on i checked the dtc and it came back icp low. so i went home and googled icp a few guys have had the same problem shuttering shifts bouncing between gears so now i'm thinking i have a bad icp sensor could this be my problem i just spent $900 on egr sct and oil cooler so i'm not excited about another $200 for a sensor PLEASE HELP this is driving me nuts.
