Adjustable track bar help!

I just installed icon adjustable track bar part #64030 on my 06 F350, which has been leveled 2.5" I set the icon track bar the same length as the stock one, to give a basis for when it's aligned, however after I installed it, my alignment is now way off, but I know for a fact the axle did not shift while the bar was off, is something wrong or is this normal?

Your alignment isn't off its just your steering wheel..takes 5 min to fix. Turn the key on engine off and adjust the drag link sleave to get your steering wheel correct.
First get the axle centered using the adj track bar.
