ABS Light

I took my 2006 PS out for a ride this last weekend. I now have 4300 miles on her. I noticed my ABS light come on. Then when I stopped and restarted went off. Then out of the blue it came back on. Then it was off a while after that. What gives? Sensor

most likely it is an abs sensor, but it could be a ton of things. unfortunately, without pulling the code its almost impossible to tell. it takes a high dollar scanner generally to pull abs or air bag system codes....so guess youll just have to take her in......Marc

Abs

Took my Truck in to see what gives with the ABS light coming on.

Was told that rear wheel sensor had oil on it causing it to fail. They cleaned it and with no help then replaced it.

Drove the truck 20 miles and it is back on. Then off and back on. Now off again.

Oh boy...

ABS Light

Ok we are bringing the truck in again for the ABS light. One other thing I noticed. When we stop kind of quick we smell a burnt smell while sitting at a red light. Not sure if it is breaks or rubber. Any thoughts guys?

We smell it worse when we are pulling our 5ver than not. We do smell it either way.
