Wheel Joints PLEASE HELP!!!!

Got an 05 SD FX4. I bought 2 u joints for the wheels and after attempting to tear it down i couldnt get the hub off. It acted like it was stuck on the yoke of the axleshaft. I removed the 4 bolts that holds it on and still cant get it to come off. Does anyone have a diagram or instructions on how to do this? Ive asked the dealer and they just wanna look at it and charge me and ive asked private owned shops around here and its like no one wants to help anyone out. They just want money. So if there is anyone with any info i would be very much appreciative of you. My repair manual shows zilch on it. Im not a noob when it comes to wrenching but this one is my first HD 4x4 and im tired of the joints grinding and popping when i have to put it in 4 wheel drive. There not gonna last much longer. Please help and thanks in advance. God Bless.

Also im new to the forum.

If it's anything like the 99-04 trucks, you have to remove the 4x4 lockout and there is a snap ring behind it that needs removed. After that, the hub should pull right out leaving the axle shaft in the knuckle.
