checking stabilizer bushing ?

so i am getting a clunk sound from my front passenger tire area and was searching a little and seen some guys sayin to check stabilizer bushing . is that the horizontal shock lookin thing ? anything else i can check in my driveway that would cause this clunking ? its getting very annoying and any help is appreciated .

Sway bar bushings are probably shot.

Each link has 2 a piece. Then there are 2 that connect the bar to the front axle.

I would suggest this brand: Energy Suspension Parts Dealer, Specializing in Energy Suspension Bushings Suspension Components.

It all comes in a set for around $30-40
