transfer case went into neutral?

I have '06 f-250 short box crew 6.0. w/273f case 105,000.While stopped at a light the transfer case seemed like it went into neutral. Sat there a few minutes with nothing, then put it in 4whl drive and drove away. About 5 miles later tried 2whl drive and it was fine. anyone have electrical sch of this circuit to the shift motor?
