stubble on accel?

well first i have a 06 f350 6.0L, while driving down highway at about 60ish i push down alittle on pedal to pass a semi and trk stubbled alittle and i let off pedal and pushed back on and running fine. no ck engine lights, it happened before but i thought maybe i was just crazy?
