Leaf Spring bushing info?
I have an 04 f350. It has a lift on it and the passenger front leaf spring bushing is shot. I have looked online for the bushing and so far they all seem to be generic to type model series pick ups, however Les Schwab and some other techs are telling me that I need to know the manufacturer of the spring for the right bushings... It is not adding up all the parts are just for the pick up that I can find not to a specific spring does anyone have a good answer to this one. Can I just buy a good bushing set and it will work or do I really need to know exactly what leaf spring I have? Mass Confusion.

Get the energy suspension bushings. You can get them in colors. Burning the old ones out is the easiest. Then you have to use a chisel to beat out the sleave that is left in the spring eye. The new bushings are two piece and slip right in using the supplied grease.
