REPLACED BALL JOINTS NOW THIS!

alright guys well i replaced all 4 ball joints today (7hours). i got them fro ford. replaced the yellow hub o ring and the black hub lock o ring but no other seals. Now i can hear a grinding like noise while coasting from the front driver wheel, cant tell about passenger side motor is too loud. Any idea of what this would be? would it be the axle to knuckle bearing/seal?

Also when im in 4 hi its always jerked while turning almost full lock but now it will jerk/jump at half turn both left and right. What would this be?

Please help as my truck is going in for an alignment tomoro morning and getting new tires put on.

Thanks so much,

Mitch

you didnt accidently push the dust shield into the rotor did you? Otherwise it'll be hard to tell you but, wheel bearing? is the axle installed properly? Is the hub installed properly?
