rear end noise

hey guys my 05 sd started making howling noise coming from rear end sunday coming home from camping it's there under load or coasting in neutral it has a 3.73 limited slip factory diff w/38000 miles on it anyone know what kind of diff ford uses & do these factory diffs go this fast

Did you pull the plug to see what the oil looks like and if it was low. How big are you pulling mine is 14k with 3.73 also you should get at the low end 200k on it

just pulling popup camper i was looked underneith didn't see any laeks i was going 2 check fluid and run on jack stands at work tomorrow
