03 6.0 Hesitant when cold with vibration

2003 6.0 4x4 CC banks 6 gun w/ IQ 4" DP " straight pipe K+N intake ARP studs, EGR delete, etc...
When cold and taking off, truck stumbles and is hesitiand under load/full throttle. Also has a thumping/vibration and you can hear the sputter in the exhaust. It only does this for the first 5-10 minutes. Could it be that I need an intake elbow due to lack of air going into the motor???

Does sound like injector or a FICM issue. How many miles? Any smoke?
