Bump/Noise when going from rev. to drive...

When I back up and then shift into drive I feel, and hear a small bump, like I have some play in something drivetrain related. Anyone out there experienced this and can throw me a bone?

SOLD-2000 F250 SC 7.3

New-2004 F250 CC 6.0
New oil cooler, EGR valve, Thermostat
EGR Delete on new EGR cooler()
Coolant filter
Zoodad mod
Cat and muffler delete
2" leveling kit

Coming soon- SCT Tuner, and head studs as soon as I can cause the ones in it to fail!
