Should I RE-GEAR?

I have a 05 F250 SB CC PSD. It's lifted 6" w/ Fabtech components and sitting on 18" Panther Krash Rims with 35X12.50 Mudd Grapplers. Right now it has the stock 3.73's in it but I was told to change them out if I wanted more out of my truck. I remember a formula on Extreme 4X4 but lost it. Can anyone please help me. I drive the truck in town M-F but put about 400miles on him every weekend. I plan to purchase a toyhauler later along the line but don't want to be in one of those SHOULDA WOULDA COULDA situations. PLEASE HELP

That size tire I would upgrade to a 4.56 gear ratio or something close to that size. When I was running 36's on my toy truck I had I ran 4.56 great gear ratio for that size tire. I need some for my wifes toy truck.

To get the most out of it YES re-gear, but a 35" tire is only a few inches bigger than a stock tire and it will make a difference in power but with the amount of torque these diesel's are making I would probably run the 3.73's unless it bothered you that bad.
