Frontend a mess??

I have a 2004 F350 dually that has recently started giving me fits. The frontend has started 'wobbling' for lack of a better term. This is not your typical death wobble as it is also at low speeds and and appears to be induced/corrected during cornering. If i take a left turn (any speed) there is an audable clunk followed by a violent shake or shimmy felt through out the truck and especially the steering wheel. It feels much like a wheel is about to come off. This will continue until i make a right turn, where a similar clunk occurs and the steering wheel jerks violently. Once this has occured the truck feels better, until such a time as i make another left turn. It is a stock 350 6.0. I have recently changed the swaybar bushings and end link bushings. I feel the truck is unsafe right now and need some advice.

Help me please!!!
