I have a spare 7 pin connector and the factory ford connector (square, looks like 3 large and 4 small pins in it. Does anyone have a pinout or wire color sheet on which one goes where. The colors do not match the standards for trailer wiring. |
You can buy a factory replacement plug from ford. It comes with the 7 pole connector and 4 pin flat in one unit. You unplug the one you have on the drivers side rear frame rail and plug the new one in. Here is another site that might help you out.
