I swapped my early 99 XLE4 pcm for a 2001 PMT3 pcm, and the truck definetly shifter better and I liked the changes it made, but with the PMT pcm, my injectors were very noisy when accelerating (like really really noisy), so I decided to swap my old XLE4 pcm back into the truck to see if the old pcm would run any different...... well the injector noise is at a minimum right now with the XLE. Jody @ DP sent me several PMT and XLE files on the chip to test out which ran the best in my truck, and it turns out that the the PMT shifts better, but the XLE sounds and runs better....
I think I need to call Jody and see if he can do something with the tuning for the PMT to get the injectors to quiet down then I might switch back to it from the XLE.
