OK, No smoke means no fuel!
Which could be 2 things. Get a scanner and hook it up(it has to be a good scanner) You need to read the inputs from the various sensors while cranking.
If your HPOP isn't getting enough pressure, your injectors will not fire! Your Injection Controll Pressure has to be at 500 LBS or greater to fire the injectors.
Then check your fuel pressure. that could also be the cause but low fuel pressure will still get to the injectors and be fired if your HPOP is working.
Also, your timing is based of of the "CPS". this could cause both. Smoke and no smoke. For as cheap as they are now, it wouldn't hurt to change it. If your timing is off then the PCM and the IDM will not co-operate with each other. Resulting in No-Start.
