it's a public forum you can air what ever you want, if she feels unsatisfied with the way she was treated she has the right to pass that on, she's the one dropping the $ on **** and with the way the economy is, I'd bend over backwards to make what I could, if they where busy thats fine, but I'm sure there's other people there that could of let her know of the situation, a little communication goes a long way.
