If the dealer refuses to acknoledge a problem you need to go to a couple of other dealers with oil samples to prove the problem exists. Then contact Ford directly about the problem. Then get a lawyer.
If you bring it in several times with the problem and you get them to note it on the repair order you should be able to invoke the lemon law depending on your state.
