I really can't beleive that a guy w/ a lift and tires could really be to worried about fuel mileage to much, so if he doesn't want to get the very best tuner out there for his truck then that is his decesion. Edge's can be harder on a truck then they are safe. It all depends how you set them up. I am not a fan of big defuels at WoT on my trans. I had a Edge for two month's and sold it on Ebay for half the money. It seems to me that they got the timing so jacked up that the truck seems to be running on crack instead of diesel fuel. But as far as the dpf delete goes, if you have enough money to have two powerstrokes one for you and your wife, and also can lift them and all the other goodies. Then I think you could afford the dpf delete pipe. then the money you saved in fuel milege, you could pay a shade tree mechanic to put the dpf on before you took it in for a warranty claim
