Rod Jr., they fit just fine on the rim. I haven't had any problems with them, and I too was running the 265's before I switched. These raised the truck up a little and made a world of diffrence in looks. They recommend I think it was a 8 or 8.5 but the tire isn't a full 12.5 wide. I know of people running a 35x12.50x17 on stock wheels and had no problems. These tires come stock on the H2 which has a rim width of 8 I believe, so them being on a 7.5 doesn't make that much of a difference.
