Folks thanks for the help It's nice to get some answers with no b.s. unlike some other forums. I did use the B.F.H. solution and a ton of dust came out of my alternator with the engine running and the light stopped flashing. I do agree the alternator does need a bench test the B.F.H.is not a fix. This just gives me an excuse to drive around my j10 jeep on superswamper LTB's for no good reason

untill the F250 is sorted out!
