I guess I would start off by asking what weather conditions are you in and what sort of clothing do you wear on a daily basis?
If your gun is light enough, pocket carry is very efficient. If you are always wearing a jacket or something of the sort a Jackazz(ss) rig (think Miami Vice) might be for you.

5.11 Tactical Series They make lots of things for LE and the military. They make jackets, vests, pants, and shirts with concealed carry pockets. You might find something there you like too.
The best advise I can give you is that there will never be just one holster that will fit all your needs. So you will have to adapt to what you are wearing that day. Also, head to a local gun show or gun shop and see what the dealers have in the way of holsters. Try them on, see what you like and just go from there.
