+1 on the PB blaster. When I bought my truck I was a total newb to 4x4 and trucks period, I knew nothing. The guy who owned it never used 4x4, ever, it'd never been engaged in 6 years! So when a local garage said "those hubs don't move" I bought it. WRONG, ALL of these hubs move. Go buy some new O-rings and pull those hubs off and soak them in PB blaster. They will free up, just keep working them from the auto to lock positions while soaking them and watching the gunk run out. They've probably never been moved from the auto position and are stuck there. Stuff needs to be excercised once in awhile or it will freeze up, that's what's happened I'm sure of it.
