Also, why would i have turbo surge and others dont? What did the the DIY intake change to cause this effect? I guess I dont understand what the ATS does after reading about it.

What is a bleed ring? I thought with the DIY i got more flow, now i need to add "13% increase choke flow". What is choke flow?
I feel like im back in class with all these questions.
