That is correct. You can tell when he said, "pulling up a mountain pass at 65-70" or whatever he said. Wait till you get a trailer hooked up! The guys on the other forum describe it as a "chuffa type" sound.
You have two options (that are easy, a new turbo is always an option, too!) The first is a wicked wheel for about $50. The second is an ATS housing for about $4XX. The ATS is the right way to do it, but it quite a bit more money.
