Well most Va. people seem to keep to themselves, and NOVAPS seems to be a dud.
I might have to jump in with the NE boys, if they include VA. I don't know how we'll decide which region goes where. And since i'm from Ma. origionaly, I consider myself a NE guy.
But if there is enough interest in Va. alone, who knows?
