The more lift you have the more leverage the bounce gets (axle wrap) but if you use some good ladder bars or traction bars that keep the axle from wrapping you should be just fine. Tall sidewalls will give you a bounce as well. On our 1000 hp 79 Ford we run a 4 link rear suspension with airbags (only 8psi) that me and Larry made. We also use 35" Truxus STS's very good tire. We dont get any bounce, but we also hang about 3k pounds off the front bumper lol.
