I've seen HUGE lifts do fine, with lots of mods... and stock trucks that do almost as good. I think it's all about traction, weight and power. If you can pull those off then you're in for a ride.
Like I told ya though, Mech will be able to give you very IN-DEPTH info on this... I've never pulled, I sit on the sidelines and watch.
