Those numbers sound normal to me. The engine oil may be a little high but as long as it is within 20 degrees of the coolant temp you're good. The tranny cooler on a 7.3 leaves a lot to be desired. Although your tranny temp was still within a safe range, I would suggest an add on cooler or swap in a 6.0 tranny cooler. I wouldn't want the tranny temp getting much higher than that.
