Tranny and oil temp

Under normal driving (unloaded on the freeway) I usually stick at around 150 to 160 on the tranny and 190 on the engine oil (according to my evo2)

Yesterday I pulled about 2,500 pounds about 200 miles. It was around 75 degrees outside and my tranny temp was at about 175 to 185 and the oil was about 200 to 205 most of the trip. I was doing close to 70 with the cruse control (2000 rpm)

Does this sound normal? I was kinda surprised that the tranny got that hot with such a light load?

Also what is the max temp I should stop at for the tranny and engine oil?
