I didn't bother on waiting for my letter. Besides I'm the second owner and I don't rely on the "system" to mail me anything. My buddy bought his '99 the other day, (I convinced him to join the
family and be rid of his Dodge HEMI). He got his done the same day he bought it. Oh, and I swear it took under 10 mins.
But I guess 10-15mins is still pretty good.
