There isn't a drain. There is a pipe plug on the top of the Reservior to check the level. You could get yourself a turkey baster and suck it out, but its not worth the effort. Just due your normal oil change and fill with the synthetic. If you do suck it out then fill it from the same hole so you can start the truck, but it should fill from the low pressure engine oil pump
